Our Amazing Coaches
Master Certified Life Coach Tara Baldwin, owner and CEO of BELIEVE Life Coaching, facilitates individual and group life & business coaching sessions, offers Life Coaching Certification, team training programs, tween empowerment, leadership training for companies and organizations such as The Department of Education, who aim to maximize their effectiveness.
Tara is a life coach who employs a unique approach that incorporates various coaching tools and methodologies such as neuro-linguistic programming, coaching fundamentals, neuroscience, body psychology, and IFS parts work. Her method is trauma-informed and utilizes nervous system regulation and somatic embodiment to create lasting change, rather than relying solely on mindset training. Tara is particularly passionate about the use of somatic work (somatic work refers to a set of practices that focus on the connection between mind and body) in her practice and certification program.
Tara has worked for and trained alongside industry icons for over 17 years. She has served as a top coach under Tony Robbins, studied neuroscience and meditations effect on healing under Dr. Joe Dispenza, worked under Brian Tracy, Mastin Kipp, and studied under Cloe Madanes, recognized as a master therapist by the American Psychotherapy Association. Tara is an instructor for the Johns Hopkins Odyssey Program, in Trauma Informed Life Coaching, Somatic Self Soothing, Nervous System Regulation, and Movement Therapy.
Educator for the Maryland Department of Natural Resources, Trystan collaborates with scientists, educators, and grant funders to create a resilient Maryland that encompasses ecosystems, communities, and individuals. She has over 15 years of experience translating scientific concepts to all levels of learners and has worked with developing leadership skills and strategic thinking with state government, non-profits and local decision makers. Her strong passion for diverse, equitable, inclusive and just access to resilient lives.
When she is not coaching or exploring the outdoors, she is a member of Baltimore City’s LGBTQ+ Commission and enjoys yoga, knitting, DIY projects, upcycling, and a good cup of tea.
